Standard #: 22VAC40-665-650-E Description: Based on an interview and a review of records, the center did not develop and implement a written policy and procedure that describes how the center will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members. Evidence: 1. The licensing inspector did not observed a written policy for the care of children by consistent staff in the staff handbook. 2. Administration reported no written policy had been developed to ensure the care of children by consistent staff. Plan of Correction: Administration will develop a written policy for consistent care.
