Comments:
The Licensing Inspector for Fresh Start Ministries (God?s Creative Learning Center) conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Upon arrival at 11:30 AM there were a total of twelve (12) children under the direct care & supervision of two (2) caregivers. Children & staff records were reviewed during today?s inspection. In addition, staff records that were found out of compliance during the previous inspection were reviewed and have all been corrected. There were no violations found within the Religious Exemption requirements. Licensing Inspector conducted an exit interview with the Center Director/Administrator on March 28, 2018.
