An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:45am. There were 68 school age children directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play in the gym, playing on a bouncy house, a inflatable water slide, doing spin art and competing in a water relay race. There was a supply of materials for the children. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-60-A Description: Based on 5 records reviewed, the center did not ensure each child's record had all required information. Evidence: Child 1-4 are missing parent work phone numbers. Plan of Correction: We are working with corporate to make sure there is a field to complete the parent work phone numbers.
