An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00 am- 10:30 am. There were 38 children on site directly supervised by 6 staff members. Sight and sound supervision was in compliance. Children ages 3-5 were observed creating ABC books, painting caterpillars, utilizing the listening center and playing outside on the playground. Hand washing, cleaning and self care routines were also discussed and observed. A sample of 4 staff records including background searches and health forms were reviewed. Program policies for drop off and pick up, Daily Health observations and Mandated Reporter training were also discussed.
