Today an unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the Provider-Ms. Nguyen. This visit took place in the morning, there were 10 children present with the Provider and her husband for a total of 23 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having morning free play, playing soccer, basketball, watching 30 minutes of tv time, having lunch and in transition for nap time. Lunch today consist of Chicken, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, bananas and milk. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider records, fire drill log, attendance record and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Description: Based on observation of the provider meals, the provider did not have a menu posted which reflect the current one-week period. Evidence: The menu posted was dated for the week of 11/10 however it did not reflect the current one-week period. Lunch served today was chicken, mac and cheese, broccoli, bananas and milk.

Plan of Correction: Provider added the date for the week during this inspection.

Description: Based on observation of the physical plant, one electrical outlet was missing a protective cover. Evidence: An electrical outlet near the stairs was found missing a protective cover.

Plan of Correction: Provider stated that the radio is usually plugged in, and immediately covered the outlet during this inspection.
