Technical Assistance:
Discussion of zoning. Approval permit was posted.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal was conducted this morning at 10 am. There were 12 children ( 27 points) with 2 caregivers. The children were observed in activities and diaper changing was observed. The inspector reviewed children's records, caregiver's records, attendance, drills, menu, and the dog's records. The home and equipment was checked but the outside equipment was not due to freezing temperatures and snow cover. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Description: Based on record review, one newly enrolled child does not have an immunization record on file.

Plan of Correction: Parent is bringing the form in the next few days.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-690-D
Description: Based on observation, the caregiver did not clean off changing pad.

Plan of Correction: I will retrain her.
