Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Three children were present with the caregiver for eight points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed transitioning to rest time. Lunch served today was chicken and rice, carrots , bananas and milk. The provider is current for first aid/CPR and Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. No medications were on-site today. The day care space has one large room for sleep and play and a bathroom for diapering and hand washing. The children go on local neighborhood walks to get outside and physical activity. One newly enrolled child's file was reviewed and is up to date. Emergency preparation is current for drills and non-medical supplies. Please call if you need any assistance.
