54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:00 am - 11:15 am. There were ten children in care with the provider and assistant ages 9 months, 18 months, 2 years, 2 years, 3 years, 3 years, 4 years, 4 years, 4 years, and 5 years for a total of 23 points. The children were observed playing with puzzles and coloring. Lunch served today is ham and cheese sandwich, macaroni and cheese, peas, pears, and milk. The provider, assistant, and 2 household member records were reviewed and in compliance. Six children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR and First aid as well as the required 16 hours of annual training. The most recent fire drill was conducted 4/14/2015. The first aid kit, weather band radio, and flashlight were reviewed and in compliance.
