Discussed with Provider: Mattress needing t be waterproof, gate for the deck stairs once children under 2 are enrolled.
An announced Initial study was conducted today. There are 5 children present (10 points) with 2 adults. The crib assembled and ready for use has a manufacture date of 1/31/2015. See T/A regarding the mattress. 2 adult and 5 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. First aid and emergency supplies were reviewed.
