Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 from approximately 2:45pm until 5:30pm. Present today were three children totaling eleven points with the provider. Care is provided in the den and resting in one of the bedrooms. No transportation will be provided at this time. The license will permit up to twelve children ages one month through twelve years from 6:00am until 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. A variety of age appropriate materials are available for the children. Outdoor play equipment including a climbing unit and stationary swing unit are present in the back yard. Pets are present but not accessible to the children. A conditional license will be recommended.
