Technical Assistance:
Assistants must be 18 years old to be left alone with children.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted with provider and assistant. There were nine children, ranging in age from 11 months to 5 years old, present today totalling 24 points. Provider does not have any medication on site today. Provider is certified in Medication Administration Training through 6/1/2016. First aid and CPR certification expires 6/26/2015. One staff file was reviewed and is in compliance. Six children were having rest time, and three infants were playing with age appropriate toys.
