Five day care children were present during the inspection. The age range of the children was from three to five years old. The children were playing outside, singing and learning numbers in Spanish. Many standards could not be determined at this time. Three children's files reviewed and were complete. Provider will not give medications or transport the children. Provider will be closed from 6/4 to 9/1 2015. Inspection time 10:45am-1:00pm

Description: Based on review the of the emergency supplies were not complete. Evidence: There was no weather band radio.

Plan of Correction: I will order a weather band radio.

Description: Based on review the menu was not complete. Evidence: There was no menu planned for the current week.

Plan of Correction: I will plan and post a menu.
