- Technical Assistance:
Discussed the license, according to the provider she never received the license for the 7 capacity. The LI will send a new license. Discussed the responsibility of the provider to stay within the zoning capacity.
The provider and assistant are present with 6 children, totalling 18 points during this monitoring visit. The children were observed eating snack, today's snack is cheese, apples and animal crackers. After snack the children are playing with blocks and playing with toys on the floor. Interaction between caregivers and children observed during the visit. Lots of space and supplies to play with. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on the review of 5 children's records, The provider failed to get the 2nd emergency contact for two children. Evidence: Child D and E are missing the second emergency record. Plan of Correction: We have asked for the information , but will try again. The parents did not have a second emergency contact the wanted us to contact.
