Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted with provider. There was one resident child and one day care child present totalling four points. There are 3 other children enrolled. The children were finishing lunch, coloring pictures, writing their name, and shooting hoops. Lunch served today: turkey slice and gravy, spinach, peaches, rice, and milk. Two household files were reviewed and are in compliance. Provider exceeds in required training hours (24 hours this year). Reminder: first aid and CPR is due 10/2015. Provider does not administer medication -Medication Administration Training is required to administer medicine. Last fireplace inspection: 11/17/2014.
