Discussed the process the Provider is involved with the local Zoning department.
An unannounced renewal inspection was initiated today at 12pm. There were no children in care today. Files were reviewed and the physical plant was inspected. The Provider is not currently certified in MAT (medication administration training). Both caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. The findings of the inspection were reviewed with the Provider. Should you have any questions, please contact me.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-70-A Description: Based on file review, 3 out of 5 children's records do not have all required paperwork on file. Evidence 1. Children #2, #3 and #5 do not have a signed Provisions of the family day home's emergency preparedness and response plan on file. Plan of Correction: Child #2 has this form on file, but it is not signed. We will have these signed by the parents.
