Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Friday, July 27, 2015, from approximately 10:00am until 12:00pm. Present today were twelve children totaling thirty-five points with three caregivers. The children were dancing with musical instruments, singing songs and finger plays, having floor play, playing "Ring around the Rosie", rolling balls and counting. The children were also observed while playing outside on the side fenced yard. A practice evacuation drill was conducted 7/10/15. Lunch: turkey sandwich, vegetable soup, fruit cocktail, milk Two children's records and four caregiver records were inspected.

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280
Description: Based on inspection of the home, the provider did not ensure all cleaners were stored in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: There was a spray bottle of cleaner located next to the toilet used by the children which was accessible.

Plan of Correction: Per Provider: The cleaner was immediately removed and locked. The provider reminded all caregivers to make sure cleaners were inaccessible to children.
