An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:10 - 11:15. There were 6 children in care = 10 points with two caregivers. The children did math flash cards, colored, went outside for a walk and played with balls. The exit interview was conducted with the licensee. The violation notice will be mailed to the licensee's home for completion.

Evidence - The record for child #7 contains information that the child has a severe allergy and if an exposure occurs, needs an antihistamine which is not available. Plan of Correction: I will notify the parent to bring the medication.
