Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced renewal inspection conducted today, August 21, 2015. The on-site visit was from 10:40 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. On this date, at the time of arrival, there were eight (3) children in the care of the provider for a total of sixteen (16) points. There were a total of five (5) children enrolled in the program. Your home was found to be in substantial compliance with the licensing standards. There were no violations of the licensing standards observed during the visit. There were five (5) children's records reviewed and the records for the provider and one adult household member were reviewed. There were no medications being administered at the time of the visit. Some of the items observed and reviewed during the visit included: evacuation drills, emergency preparedness plan, TV time, lunch prep, hand washing and diapering procedures,and free choice play were observed during the visit.
