Technical Assistance:
Discussed potty training. Discussed capacity. The provider will need to go to zoning to see if she can care for more than 7 children. Discussed putting infants to sleep on their back. The provider has a 2 month old child in care who will not sleep on her back. According to the provider the parent has told her to put her on her belly to sleep.

The provider is present with 5 children, totalling 12 points. The provider was alone with the children at the beginning of the visit. The children are playing and watching a video. After playing they are napping or trying to nap. The assistant arrived at 1:15. Interaction between caregivers and children observed during the visit. Today's lunch was Pizza, green beans and grapes. Description: The provider failed to have sheets for the rest mats. Evidence: Based on the review of the physical plant the children are sleeping on rest mats with blanket on top but the mats are missing bottom sheets.

Plan of Correction: I did not know I needed this , I will get some covers or fold over the blanket.

Description: The provider failed to empty the potty chair after use, Evidence: Based on the review of the physical plant the inspector found one potty chair that had not been emptied and sanitized after use.

Plan of Correction: I usually empty it, was emptied during the visit. My assistant was not here so I was busy with the children.
