Standard #: 22VAC40-111-240-A Description: Based on observation, the family day home failed to maintain the home in a clean and operable condition. Evidence: 1. The inspector observed the following in the home: the rooms used for child care were cluttered with several items on the floor; in the entrance room there were several items on the table limiting space for children's activities; the floor in the entrance room was dirty with dust and dirt; in the room where the older children watch television, there were several items in the floor surrounding the sofa and on the sofa limiting their space.
