An unannounced monitoring study was conducted. Three children were present for 8 points with 1 caregiver which is within ratios for points. The children were observed in free play, pretend play, and using large manipulative toys. No medication was reported to be on-site during the inspection. One child's file was reviewed and found to be current. Emergency supplies and drills as well as trainings are up to date. Lunch served today is bean and cheese burritos, veggies and milk. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
