54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted on 10/28/2015. There were seven (7) children ages 9 months to 3 years old, the Provider & 2 assistants present during the inspection. Children present totaled twenty-two (22) points with three (3) caregivers. Children & staff records were reviewed during today?s inspection include records for recently enrolled children. Children records found to be out of compliance during the previous inspection were also reviewed. Violations found during the previous inspection were reviewed & have been corrected. There have been no changes in household members since the previous inspection. Provider continues to participate in the Child Care Food Program. Provider does not provide transportation or administer medication. Daily activities include active/quiet activities, structured/unstructured activities, self-initiated activities, outdoor play & meals/snacks are served during the day. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
