Technical Assistance:
The provider will need to sign and date the child information form when proof of identity is verified. Under no circumstances is Arlington County Child Care Office to remove original background checks from the Family Day Home if the forms are requested and paid for by the provider. The State Licensing Inspector spoke to the County Child Care Office Specialist and she will make arrangements with the provider to return the original background checks to her as soon as possible.

An unannounced renewal study was conducted. Six children were present with three caregivers for twenty points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed doing free play, tummy time for infants, reading stories and playing with materials. Lunch is provided from the child's home as the provider does not serve lunch. Emergency preparation for the new location as well as supplies and trainings are current. Arlington County Zoning has approved the capacity for 9 children at the new location. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt.
