The inspector arrived at 10:50 AM and departed at 12:25 PM. Nine children, ages 7 months - 4 years, totaling 23 points, were in care with two caregivers. A sampling of three household/caregiver records and four children's records were reviewed. It was reported that no medication is administered to children in care and no children's injuries were recorded. The backyard play space was not inspected due to inclement weather. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider, during which the plan of correction for the violation cited was obtained, prior to concluding the inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based upon review of three household/caregiver records, the provider has not ensured that a tuberculosis screening is obtained for household members/caregivers every two years. Evidence: The most recent tuberculosis screening in the file of caregiver 2 is dated 10/12/2013. Plan of Correction: Caregiver 2 will obtain an updated tuberculosis screening within the next two weeks.
