Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/18/2015 from 2:30pm-3:30pm. There were 4 children observed with the provider and one assistant. The children were observed during nap time, in transition to potty and hand washing routines, telling the inspector all about their day, what they ate for lunch, and practiced writing their names. The following areas were inspected during the visit: physical environment, posted documents, records (caregiver and children), emergency plan and supplies, refrigerator thermometer, drill log and trainings. An exit interview was conducted at the time of the inspection. There were no violations cited during the inspection. If you have any question, please contact me at kelly.savittiere@dss.virginia.gov
