Comments:
An unannounced inspection to renew the license was conducted on December 10, 2015 from 10:23 a.m. to 12:06 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 7 children, ages 9 months to 4 years old, with 2 caregivers present. Records were reviewed for 2 children and 3 adults. There was no medication being given. During the inspection, children were engaged in a combination of activities, both teacher- guided and independent y chosen, music and movement, literacy, exercise, a parades with bells, and flags, coloring pictures related to literacy, assembling puzzles, play with a modelling compound and building with blocks.
