Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an inspection on 01/21/2016 regarding background checks. The licensing inspector was on site from approximately 2:20pm until 4:00pm. During the inspection, the licensing inspector conducted interviews with a caregiver, reviewed documents, and conducted observations. During the inspection, there were nine non-resident and two resident children present for a total of 28 points. The children were being supervised by two caregivers.

There were no violations as a result of this inspection.
