Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today 01/19/2016 from 12:15 pm - 1:10pm. There were 10 children directly supervised by the provider and one assistant. The home, staff records, children' records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. The public schools were closed today. Three older children were in attendance and were provided activities that were age appropriate to meet their needs. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. CPR and First Aid, staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The home was clean and organized.
