Comments:
The licensing inspector, for the family day home of Virginia Zirkle, conducted an unannounced inspection in response to a self-reported complaint of child abuse. The provider stated she had been accused of hurting children. Based on a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation, conversations with the provider, observations of children in care and documentation from enrolled family members, the self-reported concern is determined to be "Not Valid" . There are no violations resulting from this investigation. If you have any questions, contact your licensing inspector at (804) 662-9766.
