Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 12:00pm. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 4 children's files, children's activities, child nutrition, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 5 children, totaling 15 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. The Provider is currently certified in CPR, First Aid and MAT (medication administration). There are no children with any medication needs at this time. Today, the children colored pictures, ate lunch, enjoyed free play and (the infants) had tummy time. For lunch, the children were served cheese pizza, grapes (cut up for younger children) and milk. The interactions between the children and staff were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Should you have any questions, please contact me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov.
