- Technical Assistance:
The Provider's current MAT certification expires 4/2016. The specific course information can be found under the Professional Training and Development tab on the DSS web site.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:30-11:45. Four children were present for eleven points with one care-giver. The provider was serving snack of cream cheese and toast for the morning snack. One child went to sleep during the inspection and the other three were interacting with the provider doing puzzles, infant care and hand washing. Records for one child, the provider and two household members were reviewed and complete. The provider exceeds the required 16 hours of annual training and has 24.0 hours. All emergency preparation is current for drills, written emergency plan and supplies. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt.
