Description: Based on the review of documentation and an interview with the provider, the facility did not practice monthly emergency escape drills. Evidence; 1. There is no documentation of monthly fire drills or shelter-in-place drills.

Plan of Correction: The provider reported that they will practice fire drills each month, two shelter-in-place per year and document the drills.
