Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was completed from 10:30-11:45. Five children were present with two caregivers for nineteen points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children transitioning from AM naps, lunch, free play and a PM nap. Home has three rooms for day care space as well as an outside play area. No medication was reported to be on-site but the provider does have Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. In addition to MAT she also has over 89.0 hours of training that she has obtained as part of her accreditation process for the National Alliance for Family Child Care (NAFCC). Records for one child, both caregivers and two household members were reviewed and complete. All emergency preparation for drills, written plan and supplies are up to date. Five cribs in use for children meet the CPSC guidelines and were manufactured 8/2012. Bottles were labeled and food is bought from home for the children. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
