Technical Assistance:
Original CPS checks for the provider and a household member need to be resubmitted or obtained from the local childcare office as they are not at the home.

An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 10:00-11:15. Seven children were present with three caregivers for twenty five points which is within ratios for supervision. Two children were sleeping and the rest were playing with two caregivers in the side play area with toys appropriate for small infants and toddlers. The provider was making spaghetti with veggies, apples and milk for lunch. All emergency preparation including the written plan, supplies and drills are current. Reviewed two children's records, all caregivers, the household member and family pet records. Bottles for children were labeled and the temperature was in the correct range for food storage. Diapering was reviewed as well as over the counter cream authorizations and storage. Consultation was given on obtaining on-line training to meet required annual hours by mid-April. First aid and CPR certification was completed in early March. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860

In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
