Comments:
An announced Initial study was conducted today. There are currently no children enrolled, with one anticipated by mid-April. All required background searches are on site and in compliance. These documents should not leave your home. The crib assembled for use has a manufacture date of 2015, week 44. The refrigerator temperature, first aid supplies and emergency supplies are all complete. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at 703-479-4678. Description: BAsed upon direct observation, the crib mattress is not covered with a waterproof material.

Plan of Correction: I will purchase a waterproof cover for the mattress.
