Comments:
An announced Initial study was conducted today. There is one child present (3 points) with one adult. 3 resident and 1 child's file was reviewed. All were complete. The child was observed playing with a variety of activities in the home, and during a diaper change. Emergency escape drills, emergency plan, first aid supplies, fridge thermometer, menu, diapering supplies are all in compliance.
