Inspection Date: April 19, 2016

Complaint Related: No

Areas Reviewed:
22VAC40-111 Physical Environment and Equipment

Today a follow-up focused inspection was conducted beginning at 1pm. This follow-up inspection is based on findings in the physical plant at the renewal inspection on 4/4/16. Areas that were inspected today to determine compliance were: household medications and proper storage, storage shelves that were unstable and stacked on top of each other, diaper changing tables, and cribs being used for storage. These areas of non-compliance from the 4/4/16 inspection are observed as corrected at today's inspection. Medications have been locked away from children, shelves are no longer double-stacked, and cribs that were being used for storage have been removed, allowing more free space for children. This inspection ended at 1:30pm. Should you have any questions, please call.

A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information. The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is not responsible for any errors in or omissions from the compliance history information.
