Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 12, 2016. The provider was present with 3 children which included 2 infants and 1 toddler. (11 points) During the inspection the toddler napped for a period of time, one of the infants was in an infant seat, and one was being held. Later the infants had floor time and the toddler played with blocks. The provider also led a circle time for the children with songs and activities. The first floor of the home is used for the children's activities with age and stage appropriate toys and equipment available. The bathroom for the children is also on the first floor as well as the kitchen. The outdoor play space is a back yard and a deck. A recommendation will be made to issue a conditional license effective for 6 months with a capacity of 11 children, and an age range of 6 weeks through 5 years.
