Technical Assistance:
Discussed emergency drills. Discussed summer plans the provider will be closed the first week of July.

Comments:
7 children present with the provider ,A total of 16 points , at this inspection. The children are busy, they just finished a lunch of chicken soup and are playing, doing puzzles and dancing before they get ready for rest time. Lots of interaction between the provider and the children, several children are having a hard time sharing toys and the provider is busy redirecting the children. The provider has lots of different areas set up for the children and lots of supplies. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this visit. This visit was started at 12:10 and ended at 1:15.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-A
Description: The provider failed to conduct an evacuation drill in the month of March. Evidence: Based on the review of the emergency drills, the provider conducted a tornado drill in March but did not do an evacuation drill for that month.

Plan of Correction: I will make sure I do 12 evacuation drills a year along with the two shelter in place drills
