Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider storage of cleaning materials.

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today from 2:30p-3:30p. The provider was providing care for two children, totaling 8 points. This inspector reviewed two children's files. See violation notice for additional information. Children were observed playing, drinking, and having a diaper change. Due to case load adjustments, the next inspection will be with another inspector. All inspectors carry ID badges for security purposes. Description: Based upon review or files, there is no written acknowledgment of all required policies and procedures. Evidence: 2 of 2 files were reviewed. Missing information included: check in and check out procedures, daily schedule, and termination policy.
