Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, from approximately 1:15pm until 2:20pm. Present today were three children totaling ten points with the provider. Two children were sleeping and one child was playing with a shape sorter. Care is provided in the living room and kitchen. Age appropriate materials were accessible to the children. The provider needed to leave to pick up a school age after school child. Transportation requirements were complete. Two children's records and two household records were inspected. A practice evacuation drill was conducted 4/19/16. Lunch: Ground turkey, green beans, fruit cocktail, wheat bread and milk. All items required to be posted were present.
