Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:10 a.m. - 10:10 a.m. with the provider. Five children, ages 3 years, 3 years, 3 years, 3 years, 4 years old, and one resident child, age 4 years old, were in the care of the provider for a total of 12 points. Children were observed engaging in morning choice activities such as working with Play-Doh and Magnatiles, participating in morning circle time, and singing and dancing to Spanish songs. Morning snack being served today is granola bar and cheese. The provider is current in first aid and CPR. The last emergency escape drill was 5/26/2016. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance.
