An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:15 a.m. and ending at 11:40 a.m. with the provider. There were three children in care ranging in age from seventeen months to five years old for a total of seven points. Children were observed having outside play time. After outside time, children returned inside and had water. Then children had free play with blocks and various toys in the day care area. A five year old had movie time for Friday and watched an age appropriate program. Two children's records, one provider and two household member records were reviewed. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified. If you have questions regarding this inspection, contact Stephanie Reed at (540) 272-6558 or S.Reed@dss.virginia.gov.
