Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 14, 2016. The provider and her assistant were present with 4 children. (14 points) This included 3 infants and 1 two year old child. During the inspection the children played with toys. The infants were on the floor and crawled around the activity room as they played. The two year old was playing by himself and with the infants. It was noted that the provider is having a new privacy fence built around the backyard. A handrail is to be added at the back door at the one step that goes to the yard. The provider completed Medication Administration Training and can now administer medications to the children as authorized by the parents. A recommendation will be made to renew the license.
