Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 26, 2016 from approximately 10:00am to 12:00pm to monitor the provider?s probationary status per the Special Order issued in September 2015. There were nine non-resident children and two resident children present during the inspection. Two caregivers were supervising the children for a total of 28 points. Children were observed playing with toys, listening to music, taking a water break, playing outside, using the restroom and infants sleeping in their cribs. During the inspection the menu, daily attendance, and required postings were checked. The provider stated medication is not administered at this time. Transportation is not provided.
