Technical Assistance:
Inspector and provider discussed a bookcase placed in her backyard for disposal. Because no children were present at the time, the bookcase did not cause a hazard and the provider discussed plans for removal to ensure safety of children. Provider also discussed posting the inspection summary after the inspection and keeping report posted.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 12, 2016 from 11:45am to 12:45pm. At the time of inspection, no children were in care. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.
