Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on June 14, 2016 and August 3, 2016 regarding an allegation involving supervision, physical environment and equipment and medication administration. The investigation was conducted jointly with another local agency. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, children's records, staff records, medication policies and procedures and interviewed provider and assistants. Based on interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed NOT VALID. Exit interview conducted with the provider.
