An infant was observed being fed and sleeping. Two preschool children were observed watching an age appropriate television and playing a game on a tablet. Three children's records were reviewed. One provider record and three household member records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. The weekly menu was posted. If you have questions regarding this inspection, contact Stephanie Reed at (540) 272-6558 or S.Reed@dss.virginia.gov.

Plan of Correction: The parent will be asked to sign the correct documents today at pick up.
