Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on August 15th 2016 between 9:45am and 10:45am. There were 3 children (7 points) in the direct care of 1 provider. Children were observed pretending to play in a barber shop and a dentist office. The provider corrected the previous violations. The children's records, staff records, physical space, supervision, the first aid kit, and the emergency plan were observed and inspected. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A-1
Description: Based on observation, the provider does not have a complete first aid kit. Evidence: The first aid kit does not contain scissors, tweezers, adhesive tape, antiseptic cleaning solution or pads, triangular bandages

Plan of Correction: Will get it completed today.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-800-A
Description: Based on observation, the provider did not have a current emergency preparedness and response plan. Evidence: The provider is in a temporary location and did not have a revised plan for the new home.

Plan of Correction: Will get it completed this week.
