Technical Assistance:
1. Reviewed supplies needed in bathrooms-toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. 2. Discussed training requirements, and inspector agreed to send training link on State website. 3. Advised Provider of expectations for correcting cited violations, and preventing recurrence.

Comments:
Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection 9:50-10:25am. No children are currently enrolled, and no children were present today. Enrollment is expected in September. While there was evidence of supplies and equipment, the daycare area was not fully set-up. 2 of 3 previously cited violations had not been corrected, and were cited as a violations today. Description: Based on observations made, it was determined that there were not at least two triangular bandages in the first aid supplies. Evidence: There was one triangular bandage.

Description: Based on observations made, it was determined that two bathrooms located in the daycare area of the home and used by the children did not have paper towels.
